Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef will assist in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations. This role involves directing food preparation, ensuring the highest quality of dishes, and maintaining exemplary food safety standards. You will collaborate on menu development, mentor kitchen staff, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. A passion for Indian cuisine is essential, and familiarity with French culinary terms and techniques will be an advantage.
